Adam Harrison, the son of “Pawn Stars” lead Rick Harrison, was laid to rest in a private funeral service, The Post can exclusively confirm.
Adam died at age 39 from a fentanyl overdose, according to Rick, who was notified of Adam’s death on Jan. 19.
“Yes, I can confirm Adam died from a fentanyl overdose,” Rick, 58, told The Post in a statement. “Fentanyl turned my son into someone he wasn’t and that brought with it bad decisions and spending time in jail.”
Rick also blasted the government for not doing enough about the country’s opioid crisis.
“The fentanyl crisis in this country must be taken more seriously,” he said at the time. “It seems it is just flowing over the borders and nothing is being done about it. We must do better.”
No other details about Adam’s funeral are known.
Adam did not appear on any episodes of “Pawn Stars” throughout its long run.
The new season of “Pawn Stars,” called “Pawn Stars Do America,” premiered Feb. 21 on History Channel. The season was filmed last year prior to Adam’s death. The series takes place in the family’s Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Sin City.
After Adam’s death was made public, the Harrison family told TMZ in a statement: “Our family is extremely saddened by the death of Adam. We ask for privacy as we grieve his loss.”
Rick also wrote a heartfelt tribute to Adam via Instagram that same day.
“You will always be in my heart!” he wrote beneath a photo of the pair at a bar. “I love you Adam.”
Adam’s brother, Corey, also wrote a tribute with a baby photo of them in a bathtub.
“Wax wtf I will always love you bubba,” he wrote.
Corey and Adam are Rick’s sons with his first wife, Kim.
He has a third son, Jake, with his second wife, Tracy.
As The Post previously reported, Adam had been to jail around three months before moving into an unidentified person’s guesthouse in Las Vegas, where he was found dead, according to a heavily redacted incident report The Post obtained from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
He was last seen Jan. 17 and was reportedly living in the guest house for two weeks before his death. A woman who lived in an RV close to the main and guest houses told police that he had demonstrated some alarming behavior — including barricading himself in the house by pushing furniture against the doors.
According to the redacted documents, Adam had a history of drug use and “commonly used” alcohol, opioids and fentanyl.

Tragically, Adam passed away at the age of 39 due to a drug overdose. The devastating news was confirmed by Laura Herlovich, Rick’s representative, to The Las Vegas Review Journal.
