At the tender age of three, Akiane Kramarik began experiencing visions from God. Despite her atheist upbringing, she claimed to have visited heaven and spoken with Jesus. Her mother, also an atheist, found it perplexing that Akiane could speak about Jesus with such familiarity.
“I was an atheist, as was my husband. So, for us to hear her talk about Him was very strange,” her mother remarked in an interview.
When asked how she knew so much about God, Akiane simply replied, “Because I can hear His voice. His voice is calm and wonderful.”
Akiane’s Artistic Journey
Akiane’s artistic journey started at four when she began drawing her visions. By seven, she was writing poetry. At eight, she painted a portrait of Jesus as she had seen Him in her visions, titling it “Prince of Peace.” This painting has since become one of the most recognized portraits of Jesus.
“God has given me this talent to share His love. Since early in life, God spoke to me with images and what I do is just transfer these visions to my canvases and poetry,” Akiane explained.
Today, at 29, Akiane continues to pursue her passion for art and her faith in God. The Beloved Gallery in Marble Falls, Texas, now showcases her famous “Prince of Peace” portrait along with other artworks for public viewing.
This incredible story of Akiane Kramarik highlights the extraordinary talents and faith of a young girl who turned her divine visions into an artistic legacy.
